"Had an oil change and a state inspection done on my Yamaha VStar (and yes they treated my Yamaha with as much respect as a Honda :) ). I think you can judge a service department by the attention they give the little things like an oil change. Capital PS really took care of me. In and out in an hour, checked my tires pressure, lubed my kickstand, and after a quick consult, even adjusted my clutch cable. If they put this much care and did these kinds of extras on a simple oil change, you can bet I will bring my bike here for any future service."

"This dealership is the only one in Wake Forest and Raleigh, NC who would speak with me and assist me in getting started in motorcycling. I am over 60 years old and the other motorcycle dealers would not assist or speak or do anything with me. Subsequently to my first and second visit and with assistance and mentoring from a friend in San Jose, Ca., I took the MSF class, bought a used motorcycle, and have started riding after getting the 'engine/crash bar' and trickle charger installed.
Excellent dealership and they work with and talk with you on whatever your motorcycle needs are. I purchased jacket, helmet, gloves and a few other items. And they invited and I took the opportunity to get on a few bikes such as the new F6B. Enjoy "

"I purchased a Honda Stateline last year in March before this dealership opened its doors. I stopped in to inquire about having the recommended valve check/adjustment done and cost. Was quoted a price which was based on the older VTX line since Honda used the same engines. Explained that I had to schedule a time when I could get a ride to drop off the bike. The service manager offered to bring me home and pick me up when it was done! When it was complete and time to pay, the price was actually cheaper than quoted since the new model is easier to work on. How many shops would be that honest? I will not go to anyone else for service! These guys are a class act! The parts guys are awesome too. Very helpful and you get competitive prices! The best bike dealership I have ever been in hands down. "

"Came here looking for a cbr1000, they not only had the one I wanted and the color, but they had a great price as well. All of the employees were friendly and helpful and I was able to get the bike I wanted for the price I was looking for and I was able to enjoy the whole experience. "I thought I'd go check out "that new dealership" in Wake Forest. I walked in to see two familar faces... Freddie, and Russell. They took a moment to say hello, and show off the dealership. I stopped by the parts counter to check the price of a tire, and Josh had the tire I wanted (Michelin Commander II) in stock, and at a very competitive price.
While they were installing the tire on the bike, I notice a used bike, one that would be perfect for a friend's daughter.
I passed the information along to the friend, and he and his daughter went "just to look". Well they didn't buy the bike I told them about, but they DID buy the bike, of her "dreams" and in th color she wanted....
All in all a great day
