"Just got in from riding the YZ125 and wanted to take a minute to let you and Keegan and Brianna and everybody at Capital Motorsports know how very well pleased I am with the motorcycle and helmet, boots, gloves, goggles, etc. that I purchased from your company. The bike and equipment fits me so well and my riding experience is by far more pleasing and enjoyable than I had anticipated. It had been 44 years, 2 months, and 8 days since I had been on a motorcycle. Thanks to you all. "I went to Capital Powersports wanting something new for once. I’ve had many old bikes and figured it’s time to upgrade, When I got there Keagen was ready to help me out. He helped me put a deposit down on the bike I wanted and was very knowledgeable about the process. During these particular times acquiring new vehicles is difficult and shipping can get delayed, which it had been, but Keagen always kept me updated on what was going on. If I had any questions, he had answers. When the bike did come in I was ready to see it! I asked if I could come by and at least see it even if it was in the crate. He had no problem with that and we opened it up so I could get a sneak peak. Two days later the bike was ready for pick up! I went to go pick it up, and the experience was great! Everyone was helpful in making sure I was understanding of the process and paperwork and made sure I had everything I needed! They even stayed after close so I could get on the road that night. She listened to what we were looking for, explained the supply and inventory shortage and that we'd have to wait if ordering one, and asked if we considered a side-by-side. She showed us the one they just got in, which was even better than what we thought we wanted! She was easy to talk to, has a great personality, and kept us up-to-date each step of the way through getting it delivered.
